As the marketing director of Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage, Trinh Viet Anh is in-charge of the company’s non-carbonated drinks such as Aquafina, Sting, Tropicana, Twister and Revive.

With over 10 years in marketing, Viet Anh has become somewhat of a specialist in fields of digital engagement, consumer behavior, integrated marketing communications and pack-price strategy. His extensive knowledge and understanding of the APAC markets comes from the time he spent at the regional headquarters of Samsung Asia Pacific and Oceania and also while supporting the franchisee business for Pepsico in Laos and Cambodia.
Arup Bansal

With almost 12 years of experience under his belt, both on the client and the agency side, Arup Bansal has mastered the art of finding out what makes people tick and has been using this skill to deliver a year on year PBT growth of 40% as the managing director of MEC Vietnam.

Under the aegis of Bansal, this Group M agency has been growing steadily and recently brought home the coveted title of “Agency of the Year-Vietnam”. Prior to this, he spent two years at Zenith Optimedia Vietnam as a business director, before which he led the marketing function of bottled water business for Nestle’s Waterhealth brand in India.

Bhowmik has a decade of experience across the US, China, Malaysia, India, China and Vietnam in analytics, digital and management roles.

He moved to his current assignment as group chief operating officer of Vietnam’s largest local media agency, DatVietVAC Group, after spending a considerable amount of time at OMD China. Passionate about digital, he is injecting a high dose of data usage in most of his media strategies and decisions.
Manoj Damodaran

Manoj is a digital marketing professional with a deep curiosity, understanding, and an always-beta outlook towards the digital medium. He started his career a decade ago as a strategic planner at BBDO Detroit after having studied advertising and communication at the VCU Brandcenter. Since then, he has gone on to work at agencies like Flarepath, Havas and Ogilvy & Mather.

During the past three years, he has been instrumental in the digital transformation of the agency and its clients in his capacity as the digital lead at MEC Indonesia. He hails from India but has lived and worked in the US, India and Indonesia.
Tarun Dhawan
Managing Director

After spending his formative years in a creative-led advertising agency in India, Tarun Dhawan took off to experience the world outside. He spent three years in Australia and since the last 13 years calls Vietnam home. Seeing the challenges faced by traditional ATL models, Dhawan engineered a career-shift and struck out on a new, disruptive path, which was very un-ATL.

From 2003 to 2011, he worked in varios WPP agencies (JWT, Y&R, Wunderman) and in 2012 invested in an independent digital agency in Vietnam – Notch. Dhawan later collaborated with the Riverorchid Group and transformed Riverorchid Notch into a multi-awarded digital agency network of Indochina. He ultimately exited this in October 2015 post the Havas acquisition of the Riverorchid Group. Last year he founded Moblaze with a vision to provide mobile marketing solutions to brands and agencies in Indochina.
Le Ho My Duyen

Duyen is recognized for her strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial approach when it comes to building brands. Her vast experience spans across different industries such as male grooming, beauty care, seasoning, and packaged food, and on various leading brands like X-Men, Thuận Phát, Saigonfood, etc.

At Provence Consumer Products, Duyen is pursuing new opportunities in beauty care specially by driving the digital agenda within the agency. X-Men, the leading male grooming brand in Vietnam, under her leadership, applied digital channels to extend its reach to younger audience to enlarge its consumer base and increase its relevancy and is now reaping benefits.
Clint Easthorpe
Mango Media, Myanmar
Easthorpe started his career in London three decades ago; and has since spent majority of his professional life in South East Asia, China and Australia. He has served as managing director at Zenith Media IndoChina, general manager at Faulkner Media Management Asia Pacific, managing director at OMD Malaysia and CEO at Omincom Media Group Thailand. He was responsible for establishing Zenith Media Myanmar in 2001. Easthorpe previously served as Mango Media Group’s executive consultant and before becoming COO in February 2017. He focuses on streamlining corporate work processes, enhancing intra-agency integration flow and strengthening agency client coordination in this newly created role. He also contributes on strategy, corporate planning and policy-making, and business development direction.
Satyajit Ghosh

In a career spanning over 13 years, Satyajit Ghosh has worked across leading agencies and clients in South East Asia and is a seasoned communications and media professional. In his latest stint, since November 2016, Ghosh is the managing director and business partner at Daybreak, an integrated digital company specializing in agency services, content marketing and technology platforms. Prior to this he was the head of media at Unilever Vietnam, the largest advertiser in the country.

Building communications strategy to deliver maximum ROI, breakthrough innovations, functional excellence across all paid and earned media and driving agency/publisher partnerships across all 24 brands were his key responsibilities at Unilever. Before relocating to Vietnam in 2013, Ghosh spent 10 years in the advertising and media industry in Singapore, Malaysia and India working on brands like Samsung, GlaxoSmithKline, P&G and Johnson & Johnson.
Anthony Keck

A passionate, strategic, senior communications executive with over 20-plus years combined experience in creative agency, media agency, agency management and marketing, Anthony Keck moved to Cambodia in January 2016 to head up Havas Riverorchid. While starting his career on the client side, he later joined the advertising industry and has since built his career here ever since. Major stints have been 11 years at the Y&R Group and five years with McCann Worldgroup. Prior to joining Havas, he was a partner in a boutique creative Melbourne agency for four years before the pull of Indochina attracted him to Cambodia.

Aside from his professional life he is committed to his children, health and fitness, triathlons and teaching kids to play basketball for the last 15 years.
Anand Krishnan

As the managing director of the second largest media agency in Vietnam, Anand Krishnan leads a team of 50 people and is responsible for scaling up Mediacom’s operation in this emerging media market. Under his leadership, Mediacom has been delivering outstanding results on brands such as P&G, Vinamilk, Coca-Cola, Bayer, Sony Electronics & Mobile, Akzo Nobel and Uber. The agency also boasts of an impressive record in terms of new business wins and client retentions.

As a group account director – a post he held for three years till his elevation to MD in January 2017 – Krishnan successfully transitioned Coca-Cola from its previous agency to an award-winning client in Mediacom, lapping up Golds at MMA Vietnam 2015 and 2016. He encourages clients to look beyond conventional media planning and has been responsible for ramping up the P&G business by creating digital first solutions for them.
Animesh Kumar

Currently leading the digital practice for Mindshare in Vietnam. Animesh Kumar over has 13 years of experience in digital media across the verticals like search (SEO+SEM), social, display, affiliate and programmatic. He has been responsible for launching many trading desks in Vietnam for various brands and further consolidating the digital buys through programmatic, thus, driving efficiency and effectiveness for the brands.
Le Xuan Long
Le Xuan Long is the co-founder and CEO of PMAX – Vietnam’s leading performance marketing agency. An alumnus of Oxford University, Long started his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young and soon moved on to McKinsey & Company as a consultant.

Just as the wave of e-commerce was hitting the shores of South-East Asia, Long took up the challenging role as the head of operations and performance management at Lazada and within a year he took over as its CEO. He co-founded PMAX last year and it has already become an agency to reckon with for all things “performance marketing”.

Started with Castrol and Philip Morris in Marketing, Mai moved to Advertising Management with J. Walter Thompson and then her own Marketing Communications consultancy, Mai Thanh.

Being passionate in the power of communication and the impact it makes on brand and people’s lives and being inspired by the power of informed decisions, Mai joined TNS Media, now Kantar Media in 2007 to provide all stake holders with transparent and objective currency to work it. She actively promotes and contributes to the development of the local media and advertising industry. Mai oversees Vietnam and Cambodia markets and is a Board Member of Vietnam Advertising Associations and a Founding Member of Vietnam Mobile Marketing Associations.

In the past 11 years with Coca-Cola, she has driven business expansion with new product launches like Nutriboost, Aquarius, Samurai, etc., and strengthened the brand equity of the many existing iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, Fanta and Sprite by leading some cutting edge integrated marketing communications including Coca-Cola Khong Thu Sao Biet, Coca-Cola FFWC 2010, Coca-Cola Tet and Coca-Cola Soundfest.

Huy Quan

After completing his bachelors in marketing and management from the Newcastle University, Huy Quan, head of interactive at ClickMedia -- a Group M company -- set his sights on a career in communications. Of the eleven years he has spent pursuing his passion, nine years have been devoted to fine-tuning his skills in digital advertising. In his current role, Quan is responsible for business development and management of digital production, both web & mobile as well as search engine optimisation for Group M's key clients.

Though he currently holds the position of operations director at Isobar Vietnam, Nguyen Khao Hong Thanh is the erstwhile co-founder of Emerald Consulting, which was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Network in early 2015. Thanh has multi-year experience in communications, public relations and journalism, specializing in new media trends across all these disciplines.

Before founding Emerald, Thanh worked with leading media owners in Vietnam such as VNG and Tuoi Tre Newspaper. His role as the operations director makes him in charge of all digital media and non-media operations, as well as innovations in the agency. He has experience working with both international brands and startups.
